Caro took the time to get to know us and the business thoroughly. Lots of face to face time in our office with the team, pouring over the detail. And once she was sure of the position, she helped us to take control and fix things. Our confidence grew and we turned a corner. The business has a new lease of life, financial performance has hugely improved, the team is motivated and two new key appointments have been successfully made. Six months on it's like walking into a different business.
